Service Bureau Jansen, often abbreviated to SBJ, was traditionally known as a mail and fulfilment specialist. SBJ was established in Eindhoven in 1953 in order to support Philips Nederland. Philips supplied the first television sets and SBJ looked after shipment of the television guides. This first mail assignment marked the beginning of a long-term relationship. Today, SBJ is still a ‘preferred supplier’ of a variety of marketing and aftersales services for many (international) businesses.
Nowadays, SBJ is much more than merely a fulfilment specialist. The innovative family business is now managed by the third Jansen generation and the customer base includes Atos, Staples, Grohe, Fluke and Stichting Kinderpostzegels (a Dutch children’s charity). TPV, BMW, Lamb Weston, Signify, Valeo Services, PSV, DAF, Makita and many other companies are also happy to utilise the knowledge and expertise SBJ has built up over more than 60 years.
