Our warehouse has around 5000 pallet locations plus the capacity for expansion. Whether you need to store large, valuable equipment or boxes of stationery, we will treat your items with the utmost care. Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a quick and easy way to let us know you need something from our warehouse. We check the WMS order when we receive it, and if all is in order, we forward it immediately to the warehouse. Here, your order is carefully picked, checked and readied for the carrier (PostNL, DHL, TNT, etc.), your own forwarder or our transport service. The WMS will update the status of the order and your stock as soon as the order is ready, showing you the status of your orders and your stock in real time.
We offer a large variety of options for the dispatch of your assignments/orders, either with the use of our own transport services or via your own carrier or forwarder. SBJ can deliver packages and mail items at competitive rates, thanks to special price agreements with several transporters. If required, you can use track and trace to follow your order through the system.
SBJ can also look after your reversed logistics: equipment, devices or other products may be returned for various reasons, for example as part of a guarantee or because you issued a recall. We can help you with our own Collect & Return system. The customer is sent a label to attach to the parcel and contacts the shipper by telephone for a collection appointment. The product is then sent directly to SBJ and booked in by our warehouse team. The package can be traced from the moment the customer makes the phone call for collection.
Last but not least, SBJ also has an in-house repair and refurbish team: specialists who can repair or refurbish your product so that it can be given a new lease of life. If this is not possible or required, we can deliver a new item to your customer or refund the purchase.
Order processing is one of the most important features of your company, determining your customer’s opinion about you, your product and your service provision. SBJ realises this like no other. A single error can have a significant impact on your image and your reputation. We understand this and we are aware that outsourcing this process may be a worry. We manage and register stock, order stock when necessary, process the orders, package the ordered items, and ensure that deliveries are carried out according to your specifications and agreements with your customers. Your business relations will not notice that SBJ fulfils your orders.
