Warehousing, (reversed) logistics & (e-)fulfilment

Stock management and order processing – from order to delivery at the door (and back). SBJ can arrange it all.

Warehousing

In our warehouse we have room for approximately 5,000 pallets, and there are possibilities to expand. No matter whether large, valuable devices are involved, or boxes of writing paper, we treat everything with an equal amount of care. Whenever you need something from our warehouse, you can simply indicate this in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

When we receive the WMS order, we check to see whether it is complete and then forward it to the warehouse. There your order is carefully picked, checked and made ready for dispatch via PostNL, DHL, TNT, etc., your own carrier or our transport service. The WMS is updated automatically. You can therefore check the status of your orders and stock immediately and in real time.

(Reversed) logistics

We can take care of all logistical activities, either using our own transport service or via your own carrier or forwarder. SBJ has made special price agreements with various carriers. This means we can send packages and items of post at competitive rates. If you wish you can follow your order via track and trace.

SBJ also arranges your reversed logistics. A device or other product may, for some reason or other, be returned, for example under the guarantee arrangements, or because you yourself have initiated a recall campaign.

If we remove products from the market on your behalf, we do so using our own Collect & Return System. The client receives a label, affixes this to the package and telephones the carrier to arrange a collection. The product is then immediately forwarded to SBJ and stored by our warehouse team. The package can be traced from the moment the call is made.

SBJ also has its own repair and refurbish team. These are specialists who are able to repair or refurbish your product, enabling you to give it a new life. If that is unnecessary or impossible, we can make an appointment to deliver a new product to the client.

(E-)fulfilment

Order processing is one of the largest and most important characteristics that determine what your client thinks about you, your product and the service you provide. This is something that SBJ is fully aware of. Just one mistake can have an effect on your image. We therefore understand that outsourcing this process can be very stressful for you.

We manage and register stock, order stock as necessary, process the orders, pack up the orders and make sure that these are delivered according to the agreements you made, as if you made the arrangements yourself. Your client will not even know that SBJ is responsible for your fulfilment.
