Are you the driven person who will support our Customer Service repair/returns department with a fresh, service-oriented view? And are you able to monitor and optimize processes and relieve customers? As a member of the Customer Service SBJ Team, you ensure timely, correct and reliable implementation and management of the product/order and logistics administration of our family business.

What you're going to do

Service Bureau Jansen is looking for a Customer Service Employee for our Customer Service/Order Desk for preferably 40 hours per week. Within this position, you support the Customer Service Team as an account manager/processor/executor. You ensure adequate implementation and management of processes, services and customer contacts under the supervision of the Team Lead.

Your activities include:

Administrative tasks for projects, order processing, warehousing and logistics.
Monitoring the quality of outsourced assignments with regard to orders, logistics and other order desk activities.
Taking care of export and/or shipping documents.
Maintain and follow up internal and external (telephone) contacts with customers and suppliers.
Returns handling, registration and management in the broadest sense of the word.
Enriching information for billing data to team lead.
Monitoring the order/goods flow and lead time.
Maintaining contacts with customers.
