Professional, tailor-made returns process

SBJ manages the entire European returns process for Signify brands Philips HUE, WIZ, and Philips, including:

  • RMA portal*) for consumers and customers to create cases/tickets
  • Collection of products from customers (in case of defects, warranty claims, escalations)
  • Incoming inspection / technical investigation on site in accordance with fixed quality criteria
  • Data enrichment, status updates and feedback via the ticket portal
  • Follow-up actions such as refunds, reshipments or replacements
  • Sustainable waste management of unsaleable returns
  • Reports on quality, turnaround time and stock management

 

Thanks to SBJ’s professional and flexible nature, it is possible to scale up quickly during peak periods or campaigns without compromising on quality and speed. Refunds are processed and processes are monitored every week using clear KPIs.
